Our room was adequately spacious and cleaned daily, offering a comfortable space for us to unwind after exploring the local area. The pool area was a relaxing highlight for our children, providing a safe space for them to have fun while we indulged in some much-needed downtime. What stood out most was the welcoming atmosphere fostered by the staff. They were friendly and accommodating, even allowing us to settle in late at night when we faced payment issues. The hotel's location, while lively due to its proximity to a middle school, afforded us a quiet retreat from the bustling Seminyak crowd. Bidadari also offers professional babysitting services, allowing parents like us to enjoy outings with peace of mind.
